Tom Harber is a Licensed Trainee

Appraiser in the State of Indiana

with KMPM Appraisals, assisting in

the valuation of commercial,

agricultural, and residential real

estate throughout the state. He

brings a strong analytical

background, extensive sales

and territory management

experience, and a practical,

market-driven perspective to real

estate valuation.

Prior to entering the appraisal profession, Tom built a diverse career in sales leadership and territory management, representing national manufacturers and managing multi-state client portfolios across Indiana, Kentucky, and surrounding markets. This experience sharpened his ability to understand market behavior, communicate effectively with clients, and evaluate risk and opportunity, skills that translate directly into credible and well-supported valuation conclusions.

Outside of his professional work, Tom is an avid outdoorsman, enjoying both hunting and tournament bass fishing. He is also actively involved in youth and high school athletics in Monticello, Indiana, where he coaches youth football and high school cheerleading for the Twin Lakes School Corporation, the latter alongside his fiancée. His involvement in athletics reflects a strong commitment to leadership, mentorship, and community engagement.

Tom holds a Bachelor of Business Administration with concentrations in Marketing and Sports Management from the University of St. Francis.
